Structural design and engineering, from calculation to site.
BY Proje Engineering was founded by civil engineer Berkay Yıldırım. We provide complete structural engineering services for steel structures and exhibition stands: structural calculation reports, fabrication drawings, cutting lists and quantity take-offs.
For stands at international trade fairs, we work in accordance with the organisers' technical regulations and approval procedures, and prepare reports and drawings in the required language and format. We undertake all structural engineering assignments within our scope of competence.
Our Services
Exhibition Stand Structural Calculations
Structural calculation reports and drawings for double-deck stands, suspended ceilings, truss systems and high walls, prepared in accordance with the organiser's technical regulations, for international and domestic trade fairs.
Structural Calculation Reports
Signed reports for building permits, municipal and building-inspection approval and trade-fair approval: load analysis, seismic, wind and snow actions, member and connection verification, and stability checks.
Steel Fabrication Drawings
Workshop-ready drawings: grid and column-beam layout, member sections, welded and bolted connection details, anchorage and base plates.
Cutting Lists and Quantity Take-offs
Cutting lists and quantities for sections, plates and connection components, enabling accurate procurement, reduced waste and clear cost control.
Structural Review
Review of the load-bearing system of existing or proposed structures, with safer and more economical alternatives where appropriate.
Our process

Project documents
We receive the architectural drawings, 3D model or DWG files, the intended use and, where applicable, the trade fair's technical regulations.
- 02
Structural analysis
Loads, members and connections are designed in accordance with the applicable codes and regulations; alternative sections and systems are proposed where required.
- 03
Report and drawings
The signed structural calculation report is issued for approval, and the fabrication drawings and cutting list for the workshop.

Construction support
Technical support during fabrication and erection, and prompt engineering responses to queries raised during the approval process.
