Do you prepare structural calculations for trade fairs abroad?

Yes. We prepare the structural calculation report and drawings on the basis of the organiser's technical regulations and approval procedure, and deliver them in the required language and format. To receive a proposal, please send us the stand drawings and the trade fair's technical regulations.

Why do trade fair organisers require a structural report?

Double-deck stands, suspended ceilings, high walls and truss systems are erected in areas accessible to visitors; organisers therefore require a structural report demonstrating that the load-bearing system is safe.

What is a structural design?

A structural design is the engineering calculation and drawing set demonstrating that a structure can safely carry its self-weight, imposed loads and seismic, wind and snow actions. It comprises a structural calculation report and construction drawings.

What information is required for a quotation?

Architectural drawings, DWG files or a 3D model; the location of the structure or trade fair, approximate dimensions and intended use; the technical regulations, if available, and the required delivery date.

What is the delivery time?

This depends on the size of the project and the completeness of the documents. After reviewing the documents, we confirm a firm delivery date together with our proposal.

Data processed

The name, company, telephone number, project location and project details you provide in the quotation form; drawings and files you send with your message; and your e-mail address if you contact us by e-mail.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed in order to prepare the requested proposal, to contact you and, if a contract is concluded, to perform the service, on the basis of Articles 5(2)(c) (conclusion and performance of a contract) and 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest) of Law No. 6698.

Method of collection and transfer

Form data is not stored on our server. The form prepares the message in WhatsApp or your e-mail application on your own device and you send it yourself; your message is therefore transmitted through the infrastructure of the relevant provider (WhatsApp / Meta or your e-mail provider). Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

Retention period

If no contract is concluded, your data is deleted within one year at the latest; if a service is provided, it is retained for the period required by the applicable legislation.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, rectification or erasure, to learn the recipients to whom it has been transferred, and to object. Requests may be sent to [email protected].
